TUTORIAL

1 -
Open all the supplied materials in PSP, duplicate them, and close the originals.

*Delete the watermark from all supplied materials.
Choose 3 colors to work with.

Foreground: #474c53
Background: #acb9c1

Color 3: #ffffff

 

 

2 - Open a new 800x600px transparent image.
Flood Fill with the Foreground color.

 

 

3 - Selectons > Select All.

Edit > Copy the Landscape Misted.

Edit > Paste Into Selection.

Selections > Select None.

 

 

4 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling: Default.

Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur.

 

 

5 - Effects > Reflection Effects > Rotating Mirror.

 

 

6 - Layers > New Raster Layer.

Selections > Select All.

Edit > Copy the Landscape Misted.

Edit > Paste Into Selection.

Selections > Select None.

 

 

7 - Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling.

 

 

8 - Effects > Distortion Effects > Warp.

20 - Keep the selection active.

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise.

Selections > Select None.

 

 

21 - Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Hard Light.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: 20, 0, 60, 45, color back.

 

 

22 - Activate and unhide the Copy of Raster 2 layer.

Image > Resize: 50%, all layers unchecked.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

 

 

23 - Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Resize: 50%, all layers unchecked.

 

 

24 - Using the Magic Wand, Tolerance e Feather 0, click outside this effect.

Selections > Invert.

Layers > New Raster Layer.

Layers > Merge > Merge Down.
