01- Open the supplies in PSP, duplicate and close the originals.

*Remove the watermark from all supplied materials.

 

 

02-  Open a new transparent image 900x600.
Flood Fill with a Linear Gradient using the chosen colors.
Angle: 0 - Repeats: 1 - Invert: unchecked

 
 

03- Layers > Duplicate.
Hide the visibility of Layer Copy of Raster 1.
Activate Layer Raster 1.

 

 

04- Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds:
