01- Open the material on the PSP, duplicate and close the original.

Open a new transparent image of 900x550.

Effects > Plugins > Mehdi > Wave Lab1.1:

With the colors in sequence:  2ª -  1ª  -  3ª  -  1ª

 

02- Effects > image Effects > Seamless Tiling: Default

 

 03- Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur: 30

 

04- Effects > Plugins > Xero > Fritillary:

 

05- Effects > User Defined Filter: Emboss 4

 
 

06- Effects > Plugins > Flamig Pear > Flexify 2:

 
 

07- Layers > New Raster Layer.

Paint with color #f1e6e4 (background)

 

08- Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image: 0_10e011_338aacd8_L-2 

Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

 

09- Effects > image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Default. 

 

10- Layers > New Raster Layer.

Paint with color #ac2c50

 

11- Layers > New Mask Layer > From image: Smart

Layers > Merge > Merge Group. 

Image > Mirror > Mirror Vertical.

 

12- Effects > Plugin > Mura's Seamless > Emboss at Alpha: Default

 

13- Edit > Copy the decor_leni_outubro_rosa.

Edit > Paste as New Layer.

 

14- Layers > Properties > General > Blend Mode: Luminance L.

 

15- Edit > Copy the tube or misted floral .

Layer > New Raster Layer 

Selections > Select All.

 
16- Edit > paste into selection.

Selections > Select None.

Image > Resize 50%, all layers unchecked.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

 

17- Edit > Copy Special > Copy Merged. 

 

18- Image > Add Borders:

1px -  symmetric - color  #ac2c50 (Foreground)

3px -  symmetric - color  #e6d7d9 (Background)

1px -  symmetric - color  #ac2c50 (Foreground)

 

19- Selections > Select All. 

Image > Add Borders > 50 px symmetric with any color.

Selections > Invert.

 

20- Edit > Past into Selection.

Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur:15

 
 

21- Effects > Plugins > Carolaine and Sensibility > cs-LDots:

 

22- Effects > User Defined Filter: Emboss 4

 

23- Selections > Invert.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: 0 > 0 > 100 > 40 color #000000 (black)

Selections > Select None.

 

24- Edit > Copy the Main Tube.

Edit > Paste as New Layer.

Image > resize if necessary.

Position to the right.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: as you prefer.

 

25- Edit > Copy the título_outubro_rosa_leni.

Edit > Paste as New Layer.

Position where you prefer.

Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow: 1 > 1 > 100 > 3 color #000000 (black)

 

26-  Image > Add Bordes:

1px -  simmetric - color  #ac2c50 (Foreground)

3px -  simmetric - color  #e6d7d9 (Background)

1px -  simmetric - color  #ac2c50 (Foreground)

 
 

27- Apply your watermark or signature.
File > Export > JPEG Optimizer.
